Registration

Registration for the 8th Latin American Conference on Computational Intelligence (IEEE LA-CCI) is now open. The early registration period is open until October 9. After that day, the late registration price will be used.

The link to the registration site is https://easychair.org/register/register.cgi?a=29518344 (or in https://easychair.org/my/conference?conf=ieeelacci2022 and click start registration). Each paper to be included in the proceedings of the conference requires to have one author registered in one of the following categories: IEEE Students, Non-IEEE Students, IEEE Members, Professionals (non-IEEE Members), or IEEE Life Members.

An IEEE Members or Professionals (non-IEEE Members) registration allows the presentation of up to 2 papers. A student registration allows the presentation of a single paper. Please provide the paper ID in the fields Paper #1 ID and Paper #2 ID to allow easy mapping of the person registered to the article.

If the registration type corresponds to an IEEE membership category (IEEE Students, IEEE Members, or IEEE Life Members), the IEEE membership number must be provided and it will be checked later. If the registration does not belong to an IEEE membership category, the IEEE membership number field has to be left blank.

If the registration type corresponds to a student category (IEEE Students or Non-IEEE Students), a student proof file must be provided that will be checked later.

The benefits of the registration fee include:

  • Access to all lectures including IEEE LA-CCI and IEEE CIS SSoCIA.
  • Access to other activities
  • Coffee breaks and banquet

The conference will be held in person, but remote participation is also allowed for authors and participants. Authors of accepted paper participating virtually would require a full registration, either student or professional, for being able to present a paper, in order to be included in the conference proceedings.
